Lawsuit claims Ford 'design defect' can cause sudden acceleration
Fri Mar 29, 2013
Ford needs to redesign their Throttle Positioning Sensors (TPS) so that they are not made out of plastic. I've had to replace two of them on two different Ford vehicles in the last three years. The TPS is made from plastic that is susceptible to heat deformation from normal vehicular use. &nbs …
Potentially endless line of mice cloned
Fri Mar 8, 2013
Time to start cloning more important animals now. Like the ones that are endangered, for instance.
Hagel delay the latest evolution in 45-year filibuster tradition
Fri Feb 15, 2013
Wonderful! Hagel shouldn't be the next defense secretary.
Confirmed: There's life in buried Antarctic lake
Wed Feb 13, 2013
I'm concerned for the potential of these microbial/ bacterial life-forms to multiply at an astronomical rate in slightly warmer conditions, and then contaminate drinking water sources with strains by far more harmful for human and animal consumption than ever seen before. First Thoughts: Focusing on the economy
Mon Feb 11, 2013

In regards to the perception of other nations thinking we are a 'World Bully,' that is an accurate perception.
'Without shame': Shacking up may finally become legal in Virginia
Tue Jan 29, 2013

Geithner to leave Treasury post by this month?
Thu Jan 3, 2013
"Geithner, 51, is the only remaining original member of Obama's cabinet and has been an instrumental figure in the administration's handling of the bank bailouts and economic recovery efforts in the wake of the 2008 financial crisis." This is incorrect information. At least as far as I know.
Senate approves deal to avert fiscal cliff; vote goes to House
Tue Jan 1, 2013
We'd be better off with the so called "Fiscal Cliff." Obama and his team will have everyone believe the fiscal cliff is bad. In reality, it limits the power of government to spend even more money we don't have. We need better leadership in Washington D.C., starting with a new President.
